城市父亲参与育儿对自身心理健康的影响

【摘要】：[目的]探讨父亲参与育儿对自身心理健康的影响.[方法]以养育学龄前儿童的城市父亲为对象,以父亲心理健康为主题,采取便利抽样法在浙江省杭州市选取6所幼儿园的265名儿童的父亲,采用匿名自填式问卷方式进行调查.[结果]父亲参与育儿,通过对家庭的贡献感影响夫妻关系满意度、健康关联生命质量和自身心理健康.[结论]应通过加大父职教育力度,鼓励父亲积极参与育儿,构建合理的育儿期望和目标,促使家长客观应对孩子的健康和人格特点,提升父亲育儿信心,从而提高城市父亲心理健康水平.
[Abstract]:[Objective] to explore the influence of fathers' participation in childcare on their own mental health. [Methods: taking the city father of preschool children as the object and taking the father's mental health as the theme, the convenient sampling method was adopted to select 265 fathers of 6 kindergartens in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. Anonymous self-filling questionnaire was used to investigate. [Results: father's participation in child-rearing affected the satisfaction of husband and wife relationship, health related to quality of life and mental health through the sense of contribution to the family. [Conclusion] it is necessary to encourage fathers to take an active part in childcare, to construct reasonable expectations and goals of parenting, to promote parents' objective response to their children's health and personality characteristics, and to promote their parents' confidence in child-rearing. So as to improve the mental health of urban fathers.
