【摘要】:模具是现代工业的支柱产业,每年社会需求大量的模具专业人才。在计算机高速发展的今日,如何利用现代计算机技术构建新型的实训平台,以达到更快捷、更稳定、更安全的培养模具专业人才成为一个必要的研究课题。本人采用虚拟现实技术(Virtual Reality,简称VR)构建了虚拟模具装配车间这款软件。 虚拟现实技术可以搭建互联网平台,其在实训教学、远程教育、职业培训及科学研究等方面,呈现出了重要作用。目前虚拟现实技术受到普遍重视,并在不同领域得到广泛应用。它拥有的共享性、高效性、交互性、自主性、开放性、协作性、真实性、沉浸性、经济性、安全性等软件特色。在社会推广的短时间内就受到各方面一致好评。匹配全新的三维立体眼镜,可以通过已经普及的三维显示器,让用户进入空间立体世界,让你在想到的,但现实中无法完成的教学方法或模式得以实现。 此次论文在调研了国内外虚拟技术应用的基础上,首次将虚拟技术应用于模具技术的开发与研究,并组织专家组深入讨论了构建虚拟实训平台系统的各种技术解决方案,综合比较后确定了构建模具拆装车间虚拟实训室的实现方法和开发路线。基于Virtools三维软件开发平台,利用C++语言编写VSL脚本模块并使用多种软件搭配使用实现扩展技术的应用,在虚拟实训室中构建了模具车间参观模块、天车的使用模块、试模机操作模块、翻模机操作模块等六个实训模块,模块之间可进行多参数选择、多层数据传递、实时交互及信息采集。最终实现软件对操作者的能力反馈及评价的《虚拟模具拆装车间》。 本论文开发的效果逼真,虚拟程度高,交互操作方式多样。优化的数据让计算机拥有更多的计算空间实现显示效果,占用计算机存储空间少。本软件虚拟操作过程完整,已应用于学校教学及部分模具企业培训,为社会培养模具人才共计360人,节省学校及企业培训经费58万元,软件并留有开发端口,方便后期技术升级改造。
[Abstract]:The mold is the pillar industry of modern industry, the annual social needs a lot of mold professionals. In the rapid development of the computer today, how to use the construction of a new training platform of modern computer technology, to achieve faster, more stable and safer mold professional training has become a necessary research topic. I use the virtual reality technology (Virtual Reality, referred to as VR) to build a virtual assembly workshop of this software.
Virtual reality technology can build the Internet platform, the remote education in the practice teaching, occupation training and scientific research, has an important role. The virtual reality technology is paid more attention, and has been widely used in different fields. Sharing, it has high efficiency, interactivity, autonomy, openness, cooperation sex, authenticity, immersion, economic, security and other characteristics of software. In a short period of time within the community to promote by all alike. 3D glasses, new, can through the three-dimensional display is popular, allowing users to enter the three-dimensional world, let you think of, but the teaching method unable to complete the reality or model can be achieved.
This paper based on the research of the domestic and foreign virtual technology application, the research and development of application of virtual technology in mould technology, and a group of experts discussed all kinds of technology to build a virtual training platform system solutions, after comprehensive comparison determine the implementation methods and development route of Gou Jianmo with disassembly virtual workshop training room. Virtools 3D software development platform based on VSL, using the C++ language to write the script module and the use of a variety of software applications using collocation extension technology, the virtual laboratory is constructed in mold shop visit module, use crane module, try machine operation module, mold machine operation module six training module, module can choose between multi parameter, multi data transmission, real-time interaction and information collection. This paper develops a lifelike virtual high degree of interaction forms. The optimized data let the computer has more computing space display effect, occupy less storage space. The computer software of virtual operation process, has been applied in school teaching and part of the mold enterprise to cultivate talent training, a total of 360 people die, save the school and enterprise training funds 580 thousand yuan, the software development and leave port, upgrading the convenience of technology.
