河北省体育特岗教师工作情况的现状调查研究

【摘要】：构建和谐社会主义,加快社会主义新农村建设,其中农村教育是一个重要的组成部分。自古以来我国以农业为主，农村人口比重大，约为总人口的80%。因此，农村教育关系到国家的发展大局。目前，我国农村的教师队伍普遍存在编制不足，学历低，专业性差，教师年龄偏大等问题。致使东西部教育差距较大,城乡教育发展不均衡。这个问题已经显著的影响到了我国社会发展的进程。鉴于农村义务教育的重要性，国家已经从各个方面做出了努力，决心清除“绊脚石”，在发展农村义务教育的道路上大步向前。2006年，中共中央办公厅国务院办公厅印发《关于引导和鼓励高校毕业生面向基层就业的意见》的通知，其中，第九条是“实施高校毕业生到农村服务计划”。以确保农村教师师资的数量和教学质量。因此,对体育特岗教师工作情况的现状的调查研究，，是加强农村体育教师队伍建设的基础和前提,对实现教育平等权利和体育事业发展具有十分重要的意义。河北省是全国的教育强省之一,农村教育是河北省的教育一大重点。现如今河北省的体育特岗教师工作情况现状的调查和研究成果很少。本研究的目的是通过大量的文献资料、访问及调查数据,对过去2011－2013年的体育特岗教师的工作情况现状进行研究，了解河北省体育特岗教师的工作情况现状,调查发现河北省农村中小学对体育特岗教师需求大，体育特岗教师工作能力较强。但是也存在一些问题，体育特岗教师专业不能很好地得到施展、待遇不高、培训机会少、科研意识差等问题,并针对以上问题提出自己的一些建议,为河北省“特岗计划”的发展和体育特岗教师更好的工作提供理论依据和参考方案。为农村体育教师队伍主力军的发展提供理论依据，为农村学校体育的发展提供更好的保障。同时，让更多的人了解体育特岗教师，关注特岗教师，让更多的高校毕业生加入到服务农村建设的队伍中来。
[Abstract]:To build a harmonious socialism and accelerate the construction of a new socialist countryside, rural education is an important component. Since ancient times, China has dominated agriculture, and the rural population is more than 80% of the total population. Therefore, rural education is related to the development of the country. At present, there are many problems in the rural teachers' team, such as lack of compilation, low education, poor professionalism, and teachers' age. The education gap between the East and the west is large, and the development of urban and rural education is not balanced. This problem has significantly affected the process of social development in China. In view of the importance of compulsory education in rural areas, the state has made efforts in all aspects, determined to clear up the "stumbling block" and stride forward in the development of rural compulsory education. In 2006, the general office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council issued the notice on "guidance and encouragement for college graduates to face Grassroots Employment", of which the ninth one is "the implementation of college graduates' Rural Service Plan". To ensure the number of teachers in rural areas and the quality of teaching. Therefore, the investigation and Research on the current situation of physical education teachers' work is the basis and premise for strengthening the construction of rural sports teachers, and is of great significance for the realization of equal rights and the development of sports.
