学校信息化发展历程中校长领导力的发展研究

【摘要】:校长信息化领导力伴随着信息社会的发展而产生。它对社会信息化,尤其是教育信息化的发展起到极为重要作用。而教育信息化的发展又对校长信息化领导力提出新的要求。成熟的校长信息化领导力是促进学校教育信息化的重要保障。符合我国以教育信息化促进教育现代化的总体要求。 对校长信息化领导力的研究,国外起步较早。然而,近年来越来越多的国内学者开始关注这一领域的研究。对校长信息化领导力的发展历史研究将为人们把握其发展规律,促进其更好的发展起到积极的作用,具有一定的现实意义。 本文沿着教育信息化的发展脉落,将过去和以后一段时间的教育信息化的发展过程大致分为四个阶段:一是计算机教育应用阶段:二是计算机辅助教学(CAI)应用阶段;三是信息技术与课程整合阶段;四是深化的信息化教育阶段。对前三个阶段的校长信息化领导力,运用文献研究的方法,在分析领导情境和被领导者的特征后,对与之相应的校长信息化领导力特性进行分析。对领导情境的分析又分别从技术发展因素、国家政策因素和课程发展因素等方面进行分析。对被领导者的分析包括对教师的分析和对学生的分析。对校长信息化领导力的特征分析主要从能力素养层面和权力层面展开的。在总结前面三个阶段的校长信息化领导力的特征后,对其发展进行思考。从认识、培训、行动、愿景、评价、群体动力等方面提出自己的观点。最后,结合现今社会信息化发展的特点,对第四个阶段的校长信息化领导力展开展望。认为在接下来十余年里,校长信息化领导力将关注深化的信息化教育,关注学校信息化发展愿景的建立和关注学校组织(团队)的信息化领导力等。 对学校教育信息化发展历程中校长信息化领导力发展的研究将带来诸多好处。其中重要一点就是为人们把握对其发展规律提供参考。明确在学校教育信息化发展各阶段校长信息化领导力的特征,使得教育管理部门、学校校长和其他教育工作者能够把握校长信息化领导力的发展规律,指导自己的教育实践活动。 同时,其也是对校长信息化领导力研究现状在某种程度上的补充。
[Abstract]:The information leadership of principal comes into being with the development of information society. In particular, the development of educational informatization plays an extremely important role, and the development of educational informatization puts forward new requirements for principals' information-based leadership. Mature headmasters' information-based leadership is an important factor to promote the informatization of school education. Safeguard. Accord with our country with education information to promote the overall request of education modernization. In recent years, more and more domestic scholars have begun to pay attention to the research in this field. Promote its better development to play a positive role, has a certain practical significance. In this paper, the development of educational informatization in the past and in the future is divided into four stages: one is the application stage of computer education; the other is the application stage of computer-assisted instruction (CAI). The third is the information technology and curriculum integration stage, the fourth is the deepening information education stage. After analyzing the leadership situation and the characteristics of the leader, the first three stages of the principal's information leadership are analyzed by the method of literature research. The corresponding characteristics of the principal's information leadership are analyzed. The analysis of the leadership situation is based on the factors of technological development. The national policy factors and curriculum development factors are analyzed. The analysis of the leaders includes the analysis of teachers and students. The characteristics of information leadership of principals are mainly analyzed from the level of competence literacy and power. After summarizing the characteristics of the principal's information leadership in the first three stages, Thinking about its development. From the aspects of understanding, training, action, vision, evaluation, group motivation and so on, put forward their own views. Finally, combined with the characteristics of information development in today's society, Looking forward to the fourth stage of the principal's information leadership. It is believed that in the next decade or so, the principal's information leadership will focus on the deepening of information education. Pay attention to the establishment of school informatization development vision and the information leadership of school organization (team). The research on the development of headmasters' informatization leadership in the course of the development of school education informatization will bring many benefits. One of the important points is to provide reference for people to grasp the rules of their development. The characteristics of the information leadership of principals in each stage of the exhibition, So that the educational management departments, school principals and other educators can grasp the development law of principals' information leadership and guide their own educational practice activities. At the same time, it is also a supplement to the current situation of headmasters' information leadership research.
