【摘要】：正焦虑症是指患者在缺乏与客观威胁相适应的客观因素情况下,表现出紧张恐惧、顾虑重重、注意力分散、遇事优柔寡断、对轻微刺激反应过度敏感等神经性焦虑反应。同时,还伴随有心跳加快、过度出汗、肌肉持续性紧张、睡眠障碍、尿频尿急等症状。有调查显示,现在中学生患有考试焦虑症的高达52%,其中学习成绩优秀者所占比例较大。中学生的焦虑反应通常主要是对考试产生的焦虑。考前睡不好觉,考试时情绪紧张、心慌意
[Abstract]:Positive anxiety disorder refers to the nervous anxiety reaction of the patient in the absence of objective factors suitable to the objective threat, such as intense fear, anxiety, distraction, indecision, and oversensitivity to mild stimulus. It is also accompanied by symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, excessive sweating, persistent muscle tension, sleep disorders, frequent urination, and so on. Now middle school students suffer from test anxiety disorder as high as 52 points, among which the proportion of students with excellent academic performance is larger. The anxiety reaction of middle school students is usually the anxiety produced by the examination.
