【摘要】：正习近平总书记今年9月9日在北京师范大学看望教师学生时深情地说道:"教师是打造中华民族梦之队的筑梦人。"因此,作为教师队伍中重要一员,班主任老师必须"有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心",不忘"理论自信、道路自信、制度自信",不忘"学问是心灵的慧眼","为了使学生获得一点知识的亮光,教师应吸进整个光的海洋"。一、在明白"何为班主任"上用心力,增强光荣感,让班主任事业绽放"德行"的灿烂光芒优秀的教师不一定是优秀的班主任,但优秀的班主任一定是优秀的教师。
