缓解“择校热”重在家校之间达成教育共识

【摘要】：正新年伊始,教育部出台了《关于进一步做好小学升入初中免试就近入学工作的实施意见》(以下简称《意见》),提出了合理"划片"、减少特长招生、做好随迁子女就学等"小升初新政"。正如媒体评价说,《意见》是助推教育公平的"良策",也是让弱势群体看到希望的"善政"。但好事还要办好,如何使老百姓真正受惠、由衷"点赞",考验着从教育行政部门到学校的实践智慧。
