利用网络平台开展教学活动的现状、问题及需要的支持——以吉林大学电子政务系为例

【摘要】：使行政管理专业文理科学生都能很好地理解和掌握电子政务的知识、技能和方法,是电子政务领域教师始终面临的挑战,也是一直在努力研克的难题。以吉林大学电子政务系为例,从软硬件环境构建、课程资源建设、教学设计和网上互动等四个方面阐述了利用网络平台开展电子政务教学活动的实际情况和积极探索;从教学互动的双主体——学生和教师两个角度提出了利用网络平台进行互动教学中亟待解决的问题和困难;指出师生们在利用网络平台开展教学活动方面所面临的问题是所有同类专业师生即将在教学模式变革中面临的共性问题,而所亟需得到的支持亦具有普适性。
[Abstract]:It is always a challenge for teachers in E-government to understand and master the knowledge, skills and methods of E-government. Taking the Department of E-government of Jilin University as an example, this paper expounds the actual situation and active exploration of e-government teaching activities using the network platform from four aspects: the construction of software and hardware environment, the construction of curriculum resources, the teaching design and the interaction on the net. This paper puts forward the problems and difficulties that need to be solved urgently in the interactive teaching using the network platform from the perspective of the dual subject of teaching interaction-students and teachers. It is pointed out that the problems faced by teachers and students in carrying out teaching activities through the network platform are the common problems that all teachers and students of similar majors will face in the reform of teaching mode, and the support they need is also universal.
