大学生心理健康问题与危机干预探索

【摘要】：本文主要简要分析了大学生心理健康问题和探索其应对方法。大学生心理问题应得到社会的普遍重视,希望通过普及心理健康教育,在高校改善心理健康教育治疗团队,以及减小学生心理压力等方法,进而帮助当代大学生重新构建健康心理。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly analyzes the psychological health problems of college students and explores their coping methods. The psychological problems of college students should be paid more attention to by the society. It is hoped that through popularizing mental health education, improving the treatment team of mental health education in colleges and universities, and reducing the psychological pressure of primary school students, etc. And then help the contemporary college students to rebuild their healthy psychology.
