基于stata12.0软件数据分析,提升远程教育课程团队教学质量

【摘要】:教学质量是教育的生命线,教学团队建设是提升教学质量的关键。提升教学质量,丰富网上资源,增强教师教学水平和科研能力,既是构建团队的主要目的,也是检验团队建设成功与否的标准。通过国家开放大学(青岛)教学团队的实践,基于stata12.0计量软件,对教学团队与非课程团队相关数据进行统计分析,研究课程教学团队建设模式,得出结论:教学团队在资源建设效率和学员支持率方面显著优于非课程团队。课程团队教师人均建设资源量多于非课程团队,且所建资源使用效率高于非课程团队,体现了课程团队较高的工作效率;学员在线学习时长与课程资源丰富程度呈显著正相关,强调了资源建设对远程教育质量的影响;新生学习受兴趣影响较大,与教师行为关系不明显,具有很强的随意性,但其学习热情的持久性与其网上行为受关注程度呈显著正相关,验证了教师的责任心在提高教学质量过程中的重要作用。基于定量数据分析,多主体、多层面地探索教学团队对"教"与"学"活动影响的价值,为开放教育课程教学团队建设相关理论研究提供数据和实践经验。
[Abstract]:Teaching quality is the lifeline of education, and teaching team building is the key to improve teaching quality. Improving teaching quality, enriching online resources, strengthening teachers' teaching level and scientific research ability are not only the main purpose of team building, but also the standard to test the success of team building. Through the practice of the teaching team of the National Open University (Qingdao), based on the stata12.0 measurement software, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the relevant data between the teaching team and the non-course team, and studies the construction mode of the course teaching team. The conclusion is that teaching team is superior to non-curriculum team in resource construction efficiency and student support rate. Curriculum team teachers build more resources per person than non-curriculum teams, and the efficiency of building resources is higher than that of non-curriculum teams, which reflects the high working efficiency of curriculum teams, and the length of online learning time is significantly positively related to the rich degree of curriculum resources. The influence of resource construction on the quality of distance education is emphasized. However, the persistence of their learning enthusiasm is positively correlated with the attention paid to their online behavior, which proves that teachers' sense of responsibility plays an important role in the process of improving the quality of teaching. Based on quantitative data analysis, this paper explores the value of teaching team's influence on "teaching" and "learning" activities in a multi-agent and multi-level way, and provides data and practical experience for theoretical research on teaching team building in open education curriculum.
