从“心”出发的教育新观念——评《教师教育观念深度转型:由认识走向行动》

【摘要】：正百年大计,教育为本。相信很多人对这句话都不陌生,教育是我们立国的根本,是我们民族兴旺的根本,一个国家的发展看教育,一个国家的未来看教育,一个国家的富强还是要看教育。这足以看出教育的重要性,而教师是教育的直接参与者,是实施教育最根本的主体,所以,教师的教育观念直接影响着教育的成功与失败。众所周知,教师经常会参加一些培训课程,这些培训课程旨在加强教师的教育观念,让教师对自己的职业有更深层次的认识和理解。可是,仅仅有更深的认识和理解就够了吗?答案是远远不够。目前在教育上存在这样一种问题,当你问到教师关于教育的问题
[Abstract]:Education is the foundation of a hundred years plan. I believe many people are no stranger to this saying. Education is the foundation of our nation and our nation's prosperity. The development of a country depends on education, the future of a country depends on education, and the prosperity and strength of a country depends on education. This is enough to see the importance of education, and teachers are the direct participants in education, is the most fundamental subject of the implementation of education, so the teacher's concept of education directly affects the success and failure of education. It is well known that teachers often take part in training courses which aim at strengthening teachers' educational concepts and giving teachers a deeper understanding of their profession. But is it enough to have a deeper understanding and understanding? The answer is far from enough. Now there's a problem with education, when you ask a teacher about education.
