大学生情绪适应及其与依恋、情绪调节的关系

【摘要】:目的:测查大学生的情绪适应状况及其与依恋、情绪调节之间的关系,为促进大学生情绪适应提供实证支持。方法:在三所高校选取大一至大四年级大学生642名。用中国大学生适应量表(CCSAS)考察情绪适应,关系测查问卷(RSQ)考察依恋(选取其中的依恋安全、依恋焦虑与依恋回避3个维度),情绪调节习惯问卷(ERQ)考察情绪调节(包含积极情绪增强与减弱、消极情绪增强与减弱4个维度)。结果:大学生情绪适应存在问题者(T≤50分)占51.6%。大二、大三男生在情绪适应得分高于大一、大四男生[(3.5±0.5),(3.5±0.6)vs.(3.3±0.7),(3.3±0.6);P0.01];女生情绪适应得分的年级差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。大学生RSQ的依恋安全维度(β=32)、ERQ的积极情绪增强和消极情绪减弱调节策略两个维度得分(β=0.14、0.11)能正向预测大学生的情绪适应得分;依恋焦虑和依恋回避维度(β=-0.35、-0.14)和消极情绪增强调节维度得分(β=-0.17)能负向预测大学生情绪适应得分,均P0.001。结论:本研究提示,大学生的情绪适应状况有待提高;大一和大四男生出现情绪适应问题更多。不同依恋风格个体采用不同的情绪调节策略,其情绪适应状况不同。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between emotional adaptation, attachment and emotional regulation of college students, and to provide empirical support for promoting emotional adaptation of college students. Methods: 642 freshmen to senior students were selected from three universities. The Chinese college students' adaptation scale (CCSAS) was used to investigate emotional adaptation, and the RSQs were used to investigate the attachment (choosing the attachment safety among them). Attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance were investigated in three dimensions, and emotion regulation habit questionnaire (ERQ) was used to examine emotional regulation (including positive emotion enhancement and weakening, negative emotion enhancement and weakening).
