中学与大学心理健康教育衔接研究

【摘要】:为了研究江西省中学与大学心理健康教育的衔接现状,本文首先采用发放自编《中学心理健康教育衔接问卷》以及整理高校心理健康教育与咨询工作自我评估报告的方式,,分别对江西省150所中学、73所大学的心理健康教育实施现状及教师对衔接的看法进行了调查,同时为深入了解教师对衔接的看法,笔者选取9位教师进行访谈。在此基础上分析中学与大学心理健康教育的衔接现状,发现其中存在的问题,并提出相应改进对策,力求为江西省更为有效地开展心理健康教育工作提供参考。 研究发现,目前江西省高校心理健康教育已受到高度关注,中学心理健康教育工作也正快速发展,两者的衔接现状如下:1.在目标衔接方面,中学与大学的目标设立各成一体,目标之间缺乏一定的层次性;2.在内容衔接方面,中学与大学心理健康教育的内容存在脱节与错位的现象,导致内容衔接存在问题;3.在途径衔接方面,中学并没有根据本阶段学生心理特点,合理选择实施途径,且中学与大学在课程、心理档案建立等系统性较强的途径使用方面缺少衔接;4.在师资队伍衔接方面,首先中学教师与大学教师均认同衔接的必要性,但部分教师“整体”观念不强,且中学与大学教师之间缺少交流。除此之外,两个教育阶段内教育实施主体间的横向衔接也存在一定问题,具体表现在学校与家长的交流不够,不同学科之间的渗透性不强 导致这些问题的原因有:1.中学与大学心理健康教育缺乏整体规划;2.对心理健康教育的重视程度存在差距;3.应试教育观念的影响;4.专业师资力量不够;5.缺乏资金与设备;6.评价体系不健全 针对江西省中学与大学心理健康教育衔接工作中所存在的问题,本文提出以下建议:1.统筹规划心理健康教育目标,促进目标实现衔接;2.合理安排心理健康教育内容,促进内容实现衔接;3.合理选择心理健康教育途径,促进途径实现衔接;4.加强师资队伍建设衔接;5.探索建立动态学生心理档案;6,改变观念,提高对心理健康教育育人作用的认识。
[Abstract]:In order to study the current situation of mental health education in middle schools and universities in Jiangxi Province, this paper first adopts the way of issuing the self-compiled Mental Health Education cohesion questionnaire in middle schools and sorting out the self-evaluation reports on the mental health education and consultation work in colleges and universities. This paper investigates the implementation of mental health education in 150 middle schools and 73 universities in Jiangxi Province and the teachers' views on cohesion. At the same time, in order to understand teachers' views on cohesion, the author selects 9 teachers for interviews. On this basis, the paper analyzes the current situation of mental health education in middle schools and universities, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve it so as to provide references for Jiangxi Province to carry out mental health education more effectively. The study found that the mental health education in Jiangxi Province has been highly concerned, and the mental health education in middle schools is developing rapidly. The connection between the two is as follows: 1. In the aspect of goal convergence, the goals of middle school and university are set up in one, and there is a lack of certain levels between them. In terms of content cohesion, the content of mental health education in middle school and university is disjointed and misplaced, which leads to the problems of content cohesion. In the aspect of channel convergence, the middle school does not reasonably choose the implementation way according to the psychological characteristics of the students at this stage, and the middle school and university lack the connection in the use of systematic and strong ways, such as curriculum, psychological file establishment and so on. In terms of the cohesion of teachers, first of all, middle school teachers and university teachers agree on the necessity of convergence, but some teachers'"whole" concept is not strong, and there is a lack of communication between middle school and university teachers. In addition, there are some problems in the horizontal connection between the implementing subjects of education in the two stages of education, which are manifested in the insufficient communication between school and parents, and the weak permeability between different subjects. The causes of these problems are: 1. The mental health education of middle school and university lacks overall plan. There is a gap in the degree of attention to mental health education. The influence of the idea of examination-oriented education. Professional teachers are not strong enough. Lack of funds and equipment. Evaluation system is not perfect In view of the problems existing in the connection of mental health education between middle schools and universities in Jiangxi Province, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: 1. Plan the goal of mental health education as a whole and promote the realization of the goal. Reasonable arrangement of mental health education content, promote the content to achieve convergence. Rational choice of mental health education approach, promote the way to achieve convergence. Strengthening the construction of the contingent of teachers. To explore the establishment of dynamic students' psychological archives, to change their concepts and to improve their understanding of the role of mental health education in educating people.
