[Abstract]:W. B. Yeats, the Irish poet and Nobel laureate in literature in 1923, made such a cautionary remark about education: "Education does not fill a bucket of water, but ignites a fire." The process of education is not to instill knowledge, but to arouse students' interest in knowledge; the purpose of education is not to turn man into a passive container, but to sow a fire of life in his heart. But the problem does not end there. We see that today, many educators do not actually lack the passion to "light a fire", but that passion is not enough to help them to do the job they ignite. Their passions were filled with all kinds of confusion.
