河南省实施“省培计划”的成效、问题与改进建议

【摘要】:河南省"省培计划"是对2011—2020年省内中小学及幼儿园教师队伍培训工作目标与任务等的规划,主要包括示范性项目和地方项目两大类。2011年以来,河南省在实施"省培计划"方面取得了一定的成效,如积累了有效的教师培训经验,构建起教师专业成长的文化氛围,农村教师培训工作受到了重视,地方教师培训机构的力量得以增强等,但也存在一些亟待解决的问题和需要改进的地方。
[Abstract]:Henan Province's "Provincial Program" is the planning of the training objectives and tasks of teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the province from 2011 to 2020. It mainly includes two categories: model projects and local projects. Since 2011, Henan Province has made some achievements in implementing the "provincial training plan", such as the accumulation of effective teacher training experience, the construction of a cultural atmosphere of teachers' professional growth, and the attention paid to the training of rural teachers. The strength of local teacher training institutions can be strengthened, but there are still some problems to be solved and areas that need to be improved.
