知识动员视角下我国教育决策者科研采信动力分析

【摘要】:长期以来,教育决策者科研采信程度低以及教育政策研究不能服务决策的问题一直备受关注。为什么教育科研成果得不到采信,这到底是政策研究者的问题,还是教育决策者的问题,值得探讨。知识动员通过还原知识生产者与使用者之间的供需关系,积极建构将知识产品"动员"起来服务决策的渠道,为分析教育决策者科学的科研采信提供了更具合理性的视角。本文从知识动员的视角,探讨了教育决策者科研采信的政治、知识及环境动力,并诊断了其问题,以为建立科学有效的教育决策采信制度提供参考建议。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the low degree of scientific research acceptance of educational decision makers and the failure of educational policy research to serve decision-making have attracted much attention. It is worth discussing why the achievements of educational scientific research cannot be accepted, which is a question of policy researchers or educational decision makers. Knowledge mobilization, by reducing the supply and demand relationship between knowledge producers and users, actively constructs channels to "mobilize" knowledge products to serve decision-making, which provides a more reasonable perspective for the analysis of scientific research acceptance of educational decision makers. From the perspective of knowledge mobilization, this paper discusses the politics, knowledge and environmental motivation of scientific research acceptance of educational decision makers, and diagnoses its problems in order to provide reference suggestions for the establishment of scientific and effective educational decision adoption system.
