【摘要】:正学生座位的编排实际上就是学生在校生活的一个微环境。笔者通过对班级座位形态与学生课堂学习参与程度的调查发现,学生座位的编排就像编排课表一样,它与学生的学习活动有着种种潜在的联系。尽管"没有一种座位安排可以满足所有班级、所有学习场所和所有人(温斯坦语)",但是,合理地编排与移动学生座位,却是突破班级管理瓶颈的有效途径。首先是要科学、合理地编排学生座位。座位的编排,需要通盘考虑学生的性格、性别、朋友
[Abstract]:The arrangement of students' seats is in fact a microenvironment for students to live in school. Through the investigation of class seat form and students' participation in class learning, it is found that the arrangement of student seat is just like the arrangement of class schedule, and it has a variety of potential connections with students' learning activities.
