欧盟“新伊拉斯谟”计划述评

【摘要】：为应对经济危机所带来的负面影响,发挥教育系统对于欧洲社会的积极作用,欧盟在"伊拉斯谟计划"基础上,对教育领域中所实施的各种计划和项目加以整合,提出了"新伊拉斯谟"计划。作为一项新的综合性教育项目,"新伊拉斯谟"在提高欧洲各国就业水平、促进高等教育的交流与发展、提高青年的欧洲公民意识以及促进欧洲一体化进程等方面都提出了新的目标,针对这些目标制定了相应的计划和措施。
[Abstract]:In response to the negative impact of the economic crisis and the positive role of the education system for European society, the European Union, on the basis of the Erasmus Plan, has integrated various programmes and projects in the field of education, The "New Erasmus" plan was put forward. As a new comprehensive education project, New Erasmus is promoting the exchange and development of higher education in European countries. To raise the European citizenship awareness of young people and to promote the process of European integration, new goals have been put forward, and corresponding plans and measures have been drawn up in view of these goals.
