基于生态系统理论的大学生心理健康问题研究

【摘要】：生态系统理论作为社会学方向的一个重要理论,将抽象的理论与实践性极强的实践工作联系起来,强调从人所处的环境出发来评估问题、解决问题。基于生态系统理论,运用系统的方法和技巧,从心理健康问题学生的具体生活环境入手,改变学生的不合理认知与行为,为学生寻找更多方面的支持,在处理这类学生的问题时,要充分考虑学生所在的环境的情况,利用好所在环境中的现有资源,针对性帮助学生,提升其应对、解决问题的能力,并且达到了预期的效果。
[Abstract]:Ecosystem theory, as an important theory in the direction of sociology, connects abstract theory with practical work, and emphasizes evaluating and solving problems from the point of view of the environment in which people live. Based on the theory of ecosystem, using systematic methods and techniques, this paper starts with the concrete living environment of students with mental health problems, changes their irrational cognition and behavior, and looks for more support for students. When dealing with this kind of students' problems, we should fully consider the situation of the students' environment, make good use of the existing resources in the students' environment, help students, improve their ability to deal with and solve problems, and achieve the expected results.
