大学生人际信任的特点、影响因素及其箱庭干预研究

【摘要】:生活在现今中国社会的人们普遍感受到了信任危机,人与人之间的不信任现象十分突出,食品不安全报道、医患关系紧张事件、扶老人事件层出不穷。时代背景下,大学生的人际信任状况同样应该受到关注。大学生们正处于发展心理学的“心理延缓偿付期”,正在学习和实践各种社会角色,此时如果缺乏正常水平的人际信任,可能在人际交往中过于谨慎,长期累积陷入焦虑,影响心理健康。 本研究在综述国内外关于人际信任及其相关因素的研究基础上,以大连地区的600名普通大学生为被试,以人际信任量表(ITS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和一般自我效能感量表(GSES)为测验工具,对被试进行测查。运用统计学分析大学生的人际信任特点,人际信任与社会支持、一般自我效能感之间的关系。本研究以引入箱庭疗法提高大学生的过低人际信任水平为目的,根据测查数据统计分析的结果设计实验,,探究个体形式和团体形式的箱庭疗法对提高人际信任的干预效果。以15名人际信任水平过低的大学生为被试,采用前后测的实验,验证了团体箱庭疗法对提高大学生的人际信任水平的有效性,并结合测查结果的分析结论,探讨了团体箱庭疗法干预大学生人际信任水平的作用机制。 研究结果表明:(1)大学生人际信任的总体水平为中等,个体之间水平差异较大。(2)大学生人际信任在学科类别和年级方面存在显著差异,在性别、生源地两个方面没有显著差异。(3)大学生人际信任总分及其各维度得分与社会支持总分及其各维度得分均呈现显著的正相关。(4)大学生人际信任总分及其各维度得分与一般自我效能感得分均呈现显著的正相关。(5)团体箱庭疗法可以有效提高大学生的人际信任水平。同时团体箱庭疗法可以有效提高大学生的社会支持和一般自我效能感的水平。
[Abstract]:People living in the present Chinese society generally feel the crisis of trust, the phenomenon of distrust between people is very prominent, food insecurity reports, doctor-patient relationship tension events, the event of helping the elderly emerge one after another. Under the background of the times, the interpersonal trust of college students should also be concerned. College students are in the "psychological delay payment period" of developmental psychology, they are learning and practicing various social roles. At this time, if they lack the normal level of interpersonal trust, they may be too cautious in their interpersonal communication and fall into anxiety over a long period of time. On the basis of summarizing the research on interpersonal trust and its related factors at home and abroad, this study took 600 ordinary college students in Dalian as subjects. The subjects were tested with the interpersonal trust scale (ITS), the Social support rating scale (SSRS) and the General Self-efficacy scale (GSES). The relationship between interpersonal trust, social support, general self-efficacy and interpersonal trust of college students was analyzed statistically. The purpose of this study is to introduce box therapy to improve the low level of interpersonal trust of college students. According to the results of statistical analysis of the test data, the experiment is designed to explore the intervention effect of individual form and group form of box therapy on improving interpersonal trust. Taking 15 college students with low level of interpersonal trust as subjects, the validity of group chamber therapy in improving the level of interpersonal trust of college students was verified by the experiment before and after the test, and the conclusion of analysis was combined with the results of the test. This paper discusses the mechanism of intervention of group box therapy on interpersonal trust level of college students. The results show that the overall level of interpersonal trust of college students is moderate. There are significant differences in the category of subjects and grades among college students, and there are significant differences in gender. There is no significant difference between the two aspects. 3) the total score of interpersonal trust and its dimensions are significantly positively correlated with the total score of social support and the scores of each dimension. 4) the total score of interpersonal trust of college students and the scores of each dimension. There was a significant positive correlation with the scores of general self-efficacy. 5) Group trial therapy could effectively improve the interpersonal trust level of college students. At the same time, group box therapy can effectively improve the level of social support and general self-efficacy of college students.
