我国招生考试标准的元评价体系研究

【摘要】：招生标准是价值存在与价值活动策略及方法的统一体。维稳能力、发展状态与发展能力、包容能力、可及性及科学性五个标准构成了我国招生标准的元评价体系。以这五个标准及其计量模型为基础所建立的公共政策质量意义上的招生标准质量指数,以及考试制度所确定招生标准系统的公共政策综合质量指数,能为发现、改进、完善、建构我国现行招生标准体系的对策提供客观依据。
[Abstract]:The enrollment standard is the unity of the strategy and method of value existence and value activities. The ability to maintain stability, the state of development and development, tolerance, accessibility and science constitute the meta evaluation system of the enrollment standard in China. The standard of enrollment of public policy based on the five standards and its measurement model is the standard of enrollment. The quasi quality index, as well as the public policy comprehensive quality index of the enrollment standard system determined by the examination system, can provide an objective basis for the countermeasures to find, improve, perfect and construct the current enrollment standard system in our country.
