教师本位的回归与矫枉过正

【摘要】：正教师的根本职责是"教书育人",教学是教师的主要任务。现行的职称评定虽然也对教师的教学实践和成果有相应的要求,但学术研究成果的数量要求显然占了压倒性优势,因此,写论文、出专著、搞课题几乎成了晋级的不二选择。跟着这个指挥棒,教师自然也就埋头于数量指标,轻视教学实践。
[Abstract]:The fundamental duty of full teachers is to teach and educate people, and teaching is the main task of teachers. Although the current professional title evaluation also has the corresponding request to the teacher's teaching practice and the achievement, but the academic research achievement quantity request has obviously occupied the overwhelming superiority, therefore, writes the thesis, produces the monograph, the subject has almost become the promotion not second choice. With this baton, teachers naturally immerse themselves in quantitative indicators and despise teaching practice.
