家长参与:英国学校教育改革的新亮点

【摘要】：随着2010年学校白皮书的发表,家长参与学校教育成为英国教育改革的热点。在实践中,为了使家长有效参与教育和提高学校教育成效,形成了保护模式、专家模式、传递模式、课程充实模式、消费者模式、伙伴关系模式等多种参与模式。通过家校联系,对父母支持培训,以及基于家庭和社区的干预等途径,运用计划、合作参与、持续改进、宽泛理解、明确易懂的建议与指导、家庭学习、领导等策略实现了家长有效参与学校教育的目标。
[Abstract]:With the publication of the 2010 school white paper, parents' participation in school education has become a hot spot in British education reform. In practice, in order to make parents participate in education effectively and improve the effectiveness of school education, many kinds of participation models, such as protection model, expert model, transfer model, curriculum enrichment model, consumer model, partnership model, etc. Through homeschooling, support training for parents, and family and community based interventions, use of planning, collaborative engagement, continuous improvement, broad understanding, clear and understandable advice and guidance, family learning, Strategies such as leadership have achieved the goal of parents' effective participation in school education.
