希望在压力对大学生学习倦怠中的调节作用

【摘要】:正近年来,家长的高水平期望、学生沉重的学业负担和高强度的学习竞争,促使各种各样学习问题的出现。国内外有关研究显示,在诸多学习问题中,以学习倦怠(learning burnout)问题最为突出,引起了心理学界的普遍关注[1-3]。影响学习倦怠的因素很多,其中包括同伴关系[4]、师生关系[5]、核心自我评价[6]、人格特质[7]、孤独感[8]等。而压力性事件对于学生学习倦怠发生的作用已经在研究中得到证实[9]。本研究旨在探讨希望是否在压力和学习倦怠之间也存在调节作用,现将结果报道如下。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the high level expectation of the parents, the heavy academic burden and the high intensity learning competition of the students promote the emergence of all kinds of learning problems. Studies at home and abroad show that among the many learning problems, the (learning burnout) problem of learning burnout is the most prominent one, which has aroused widespread concern in the field of psychology [1-3]. There are many factors influencing learning burnout, including peer relationship [4], teacher-student relationship [5], core self-evaluation [6], personality trait [7], loneliness [8] and so on. The effect of stress events on the occurrence of learning burnout has been confirmed in the study [9]. The aim of this study is to investigate whether there is a regulatory effect between stress and learning burnout. The results are reported below.
