寻求破解教育伦理危机与师德困境之道

【摘要】：正近年来,随着海南某小学校长带女生开房,"奥运冠军摇篮"湖南某体校正副校长涉嫌猥亵幼女学员,西安、湖北、吉林的某些幼儿园背着家长给幼儿喂药等一系列令人瞠目结舌的"怪现状"的曝光,承载人类良心的教师屡屡呈现出狰狞的恶魔形象,几千年尊师重教的传统面临严重沦丧。学校不是象牙塔,师德的困境正是近年来日益严重的社会伦理危机的大爆发。然而,教师承载着文化传承、精神引领、心灵铸造的特殊使命,也承载着社会伦理向善的阿基米德基点。加强师德治理,抑制师德滑坡,提升师德水准,挽救日益颓萎的社会风气,已经成为全体民众的强烈道德诉求。为了寻求破解教育伦理危机与师德困境之道,本刊编辑部邀请国内伦理学方面的
[Abstract]:In recent years, as the principal of a primary school in Hainan opened a room with a girl, a "Olympic Champion Cradle" in Hunan Province was suspected of molesting a young female student, Xi'an, Hubei, Some kindergartens in Jilin have exposed a series of jaw-dropping "strange status quo" such as feeding medicine to their children behind their parents, and the teachers carrying human conscience have repeatedly presented a ferocious image of evil, and the tradition of respecting teachers and attaching great importance to education for thousands of years is faced with serious decline. School is not an ivory tower. The dilemma of teachers' ethics is the outbreak of the increasingly serious social ethics crisis in recent years. However, teachers bear the special mission of cultural inheritance, spiritual guidance and soul casting, and also bear the Archimedes basis point of social ethics. It has become a strong moral appeal of the whole people to strengthen the management of teachers' morality, to restrain the decline of teachers' morality, to raise the standard of teachers' morality and to save the increasingly decadent social atmosphere.
