【摘要】：正2014年是我国近现代杰出的教育家和教育改革的先驱郭秉文获得美国哥伦比亚大学师范学院哲学博士学位(教育学)100周年,10月下旬美国纽约哥伦比亚大学为之举办了专题国际研讨会,纪念这位第一个在美国也是国际上知名大学获得哲学博士学位(教育学)的中国人。郭秉文1914年的博士论文《中国教育制度沿革史》实际开启了中国由借鉴和模仿日本教育学转为引入与建立美国实用主义教育学术范式并结合本国实际开展教育学研究的进程,标志着中国现代教育学的开端。从某种意义上说,郭秉文获得哲学博士学位
[Abstract]:In 2014, Guo Bingwen, an outstanding educator and pioneer of educational reform in modern China, received his doctorate in philosophy (pedagogy) from Columbia normal University in the United States. In late October, Columbia University in New York held an international seminar to commemorate the first Chinese to receive a doctorate in philosophy (pedagogy) from an internationally renowned university in the United States. Guo Bingwen's doctoral thesis History of Chinese Education system in 1914 actually opened the process of China from learning from and imitating Japanese pedagogy to introducing and establishing the academic paradigm of American pragmatism education and carrying out pedagogical research in combination with the reality of our country. It marks the beginning of modern pedagogy in China. In a sense, Guo Bingwen received a doctorate in philosophy
