教育均衡发展视角下我国城市基础教育公平研究

【摘要】:百年大计,教育为本。基础教育作为教育事业的起点对引领每个人的人生走向意义重大,它起着奠基的作用。在青少年心智都不成熟的时候,良好的基础教育可以引领他们树立积极向上的世界观、人生观,反之则会心存黑暗,甚至走上犯罪的道路。所以,基础教育的研究意义重大,基础教育中存在的问题不能不察。 本文以教育均衡发展为视角,,从长春市基础教育公平状况研究为出发点,重点论述了我国城市基础教育公平的现状,以及发展过程中存在的不足及原因,又根据许多国内外学者的研究为理论依据,以部分城市治理教育不公的有效经验为参考进一步针对相应的问题提出了具体的对策。希望通过本文的研究,能够对长春市的基础教育工作提供一些有益的参考和帮助。 全文的结构分为六个部分。首先是绪论部分,这里介绍了选题的背景、意义,国内外研究综述,研究的内容方法,本文的创新和不足以及本文要解决的问题。第二部分介绍了教育均衡、教育公平和基础教育的相关概念。第三部分阐述了我国城市基础教育公平的现状,重点以长春市的基础教育情况为主要着力点。第四部分分析了我国基础教育均衡发展过程中教育公平方面存在的不足及原因,主要从教育起点、教育过程、教育结果和教育资源四个方面进行了阐述和分析,并分析了存在问题的原因。第五部分针对第四部分指出的教育不公及原因提出了解决问题的相应对策。最后是全文的结论。
[Abstract]:Education is the foundation of a hundred-year plan. As the starting point of education, basic education is of great significance to lead everyone's life trend, and it plays a fundamental role. When teenagers are mentally immature, good basic education can lead them to establish a positive world outlook and outlook on life, on the contrary, they will be dark and even embark on the road of crime. Therefore, the research of basic education is of great significance, and the problems existing in basic education can not be ignored. From the perspective of balanced development of education and from the research on the fairness of basic education in Changchun, this paper focuses on the present situation of fairness in urban basic education in China, as well as the shortcomings and reasons in the process of development. Based on the theoretical basis of many scholars at home and abroad, and taking the effective experience of some unfair urban governance education as a reference, this paper further puts forward some concrete countermeasures for the corresponding problems. It is hoped that through the study of this paper, it can provide some useful reference and help for the basic education work in Changchun. The structure of the full text is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background, significance, research review at home and abroad, the content and methods of the research, the innovation and shortcomings of this paper, as well as the problems to be solved in this paper. The second part introduces the related concepts of educational balance, educational equity and basic education. The third part expounds the present situation of the fairness of urban basic education in China, with emphasis on the basic education in Changchun. The fourth part analyzes the shortcomings and causes of educational equity in the process of balanced development of basic education in China, mainly from four aspects: educational starting point, educational process, educational results and educational resources, and analyzes the causes of the existing problems. The fifth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems according to the causes of education inequity pointed out in the fourth part. Finally, it is the conclusion of the full text.
