大学生前瞻性人格结构探索与量表修订

【摘要】：目的:对前瞻性人格量表(PPS)进行中文修订,考察中国大学生前瞻性人格的因素结构。方法:通过开放性问卷调查、量表翻译、初测和重测等程序修订PPS,累计施测于1539大学生。结果:量表包含17个题目、4个分量表(维度),分别是主动性、计划性、坚韧性和变革性,共解释了总方差的62.130%;全量表的a系数为0.907、分半信度为0.865,重测信度为0.924;4个分量表间及与全量表相关显著,且与外部效标呈显著正相关。验证性因素分析表明,四因素结构模型的χ2/df值为2.42,GFI、CFI、AGFI、NFI、RMSEA值依次为0.88、0.92、0.84、0.87、0.08。结论:大学生前瞻性人格的四因素结构可靠有效,修订后的量表信度和效度较好,适用于国内大学生前瞻性人格研究领域。
