近代苏南女教育家教育生活史研究

【摘要】：近代随着女子教育的发展,一部分女性开始突破封建旧制的束缚,从家庭的舞台走上社会的舞台。她们获得了宝贵的受教育的机会,她们中的部分人接受了高等教育。苏南地区的知识女性认识到教育对于中国近代社会发展的重要作用,她们毅然决然地投身到教育事业当中,成为一个新兴的群体,即苏南女教育家群体。本文通过搜集各类有关近代苏南女教育家的历史资料,从教育生活史的角度考察这一特殊群体,窥探历史背景下苏南女教育家的教育生活,探讨这一群体所经历的教育生活的规律,从生活中总结近代苏南女教育家群体展现的群体特征并分析该特征形成的动因。通过研究近代在苏南地区涌现的女教育家群体,本文发现她们有着较为相似的生活轨迹,她们的教育生活都包括儿时的家庭生活、国内的女学生活、国外的留学生活以及归国后的教育实践四个阶段。在探究她们不同阶段的教育生活后总结出苏南女教育家的群体特征,包括:醉心学术不断追求自身发展、敢为人先勇于探索与实践、教育爱国展现高尚之人格、重视教育的传承及注重同辈间的交往。当今社会呼唤教育家的出现,女性作为教育队伍中的重要组成部分其成长历程与发展轨迹尤为值得关注。近代苏南女教育家的成长无疑能给当今女教师的发展、女教育家的培养提供一些借鉴。
[Abstract]:In modern times, with the development of women's education, some women began to break the shackles of feudal system, from the family stage to the social stage. They were given valuable access to education, and some of them received higher education. The educated women in southern Jiangsu recognized the important role of education in the development of modern Chinese society, and they resolutely committed themselves to the cause of education and became a new group, that is, the group of female educationalists in southern Jiangsu. Through collecting all kinds of historical data about modern female educationalists in southern Jiangsu, this paper investigates this special group from the angle of educational life history, and explores the educational life of female educationalists in southern Jiangsu under the historical background. This paper probes into the law of educational life experienced by this group, sums up the group characteristics of modern women educationalists in southern Jiangsu and analyzes the reasons for the formation of the characteristics. By studying the group of female educationalists who emerged in southern Jiangsu in modern times, this paper finds that they have similar life paths, their educational life includes their childhood family life, and the domestic female students live. The study abroad life and the education practice after returning to China are four stages. After exploring their different stages of educational life, the author summarizes the group characteristics of female educationalists in southern Jiangsu, including: pursuing their own development, daring to explore and practice before others, and educating patriotism to show their noble personality. Attach importance to the inheritance of education and peer communication. Nowadays the society calls for the emergence of educationalists, women as an important part of the education team its growth process and development trajectory is particularly worthy of attention. There is no doubt that the growth of modern female educationalists in southern Jiangsu can provide some references for the development of female teachers and the cultivation of female educators.
