【摘要】：关于学术研究与学术传播,需要特别强调三点:第一,作为国家开放大学主办的杂志,传播远程教育学术是《中国远程教育》的神圣使命。杂志要不偏离远程教育学术的核心阵地,坚持立足于远程教育的实践领域和研究领域;要在坚持学术争鸣的同时,避免跟风炒作概念;要在定位于中国的远程教育的同时,承担起国家开放大学学报的职责,为国家开放大学人才成长做出独特贡献。第二,要密切关注互联网+环境下远程教育的新动态。杂志应更多关注"三融合"(技术融合、数据融合、业务融合)带给远程教育业态的变革,从这方面着力,紧扣当今远程教育发展的焦点问题进行选题;要充分认识到高等教育、基础教育的教育信息化和开放大学及其系统内的信息化是不一样的;要尽快在国家开放大学门户网站上提供杂志在线版。第三,要支持和促进远程教育学术共同体的发展壮大。杂志要和相关机构一起把学术共同体建设好,共同提升远程教育领域的研究水平,丰富研究成果。
[Abstract]:As for academic research and academic communication, three points should be emphasized: first, as a magazine sponsored by the National Open University, the dissemination of distance education is the sacred mission of distance Education in China. The magazine should not deviate from the core position of distance education and adhere to the practice and research fields of distance education; it should stick to academic contention while avoiding hype; and it should be positioned at the same time as distance education in China. Assume the responsibility of the National Open University Journal, and make a unique contribution to the growth of the National Open University talents. Second, we should pay close attention to the new trends of distance education in the Internet environment. The magazine should pay more attention to the transformation of distance education format brought by "three integration" (technology fusion, data fusion, business integration), and focus on the focus of distance education development. The informatization of basic education is different from that of the Open University and its system. It is necessary to provide the online edition of the magazine on the National Open University portal as soon as possible. Third, to support and promote the development of distance education academic community. The magazine and related institutions should work together to build a good academic community, jointly improve the research level of distance education, enrich the research results.
