新常态下高职院校大学生心理素质与心理健康教育工作体系构建

【摘要】：经济社会发展的新常态对高职院校毕业生的综合素质尤其是心理素质提出更高的要求,高职院校应更加重视心理健康教育工作,并将其纳入到人才培养体系进行全面规划,把提升学生的心理素质与职业能力、职业竞争力的发展紧密结合起来,以提高人才培养的质量。新常态对高职生心理素质提出了新的要求,然而高职生心理素质整体不尽理想,在这样的背景下,高职院校构建系统的心理健康教育工作体系,提升学生心理素质显得更为迫切和重要。文章在总结多年实践的基础上提出系统构建高职院校心理健康教育工作体系的方案,以提升高职院校心理健康教育工作效果,促进高职生心理素质的提升。
[Abstract]:The new normal of economic and social development puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality, especially the psychological quality of the graduates of higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to the work of mental health education and bring it into the overall planning of personnel training system. In order to improve the quality of talent training, the development of improving students' psychological quality and professional ability and the development of professional competitiveness are closely combined. The new normal puts forward new requirements for the psychological quality of higher vocational students. However, the psychological quality of higher vocational students is not ideal. Under such a background, higher vocational colleges build a systematic system of mental health education. It is more urgent and important to improve students' psychological quality. On the basis of summarizing the practice for many years, the paper puts forward the scheme of systematically constructing the working system of mental health education in higher vocational colleges, in order to promote the effect of mental health education in higher vocational colleges and promote the improvement of the psychological quality of higher vocational college students.
