对因心理障碍而导致的休失学青少年的认知行为团体干预研究

【摘要】:目的:研究认知行为团体干预对改善因心理障碍而导致休失学青少年自尊、应对方式和惧怕否定评价的效果,提出适用性较强的药物治疗结合心理治疗的综合治疗方法。对象:本次研究的被试全部来自山西省精神卫生中心住院部,通过精神科医生筛选出符合条件的被试,根据被试入组的顺序进行分组,将单号组作为对照组(即药物治疗组),双号组为实验组(认知行为团体干预联合药物治疗),分别在干预前、干预后对两组被试进行相关量表的评估,探究认知行为团体干预对因心理障碍而导致休失学青少年的干预效果。方法:1.干预研究:本研究属于临床对照实验研究,采用认知行为干预对被试进行团体干预,一周两次,每次大约持续80分钟,探究认知行为团体干预对因心理障碍而导致休失学青少年心理行为的干预效果。按照是否参与认知行为团体干预分为实验组与对照组,两组患者分别在干预前和干预后进行相关心理量表的评估,探究该干预方案的治疗效果。2.统计方法:采用独立样本t检验等统计方法对所获得的干预结果进行分析,探究认知行为干预方案对因心理障碍而导致休失学青少年的心理行为的干预效果。结果:两独立样本t检验结果显示干预前实验组与对照组在自尊水平、惧怕否定、积极应对方式和消极应对方式等指标得分上没有显著性差异(p0.05),即两组是均衡可比的,具有同质性,干预后的即时后测实验组和对照组自尊水平(t=11.536,p0.05)、惧怕否定评价水平(t=-17.161,p0.05)、积极应对方式(t=4.747,p0.05)、消极应对方式(t=㧟6.783,p0.05)差异显著。结论:认知行为团体干预对改善因心理障碍而导致休失学青少年的自尊水平、惧怕否定水平以及应对方式有一定的效果,药物治疗联合心理干预有助于这个群体的康复以及社会功能的恢复。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effects of cognitive behavioral group intervention on improving self-esteem coping style and fear of negative evaluation of adolescents who are out of school due to psychological disorders. Participants: all the subjects in this study came from the inpatient department of Shanxi Mental Health Center. The eligible subjects were selected by psychiatrists and divided into groups according to the order of the participants. The single number group was used as the control group (i.e. the drug treatment group) and the double number group as the experimental group (cognitive behavior group intervention combined with drug therapy). To explore the effect of cognitive behavior group intervention on adolescents who are out of school due to psychological disorders. Method 1: 1. Intervention study: this study is a clinical controlled trial, using cognitive behavior intervention to the participants group intervention, twice a week, each time for about 80 minutes, To explore the effect of cognitive behavior group intervention on mental behavior of out-of-school adolescents due to psychological disorders. According to whether to participate in cognitive behavior group intervention is divided into experimental group and control group, the two groups of patients before and after intervention were evaluated by the relevant psychological scale, to explore the therapeutic effect of the intervention. 2. Statistical methods: the results of intervention were analyzed by independent sample t-test to explore the effect of cognitive behavior intervention on mental behavior of adolescents who were out of school due to psychological disorders. Results: t test results of two independent samples showed that there was no significant difference in the scores of self-esteem, fear of negation, positive coping style and negative coping style between the two groups before intervention (p0.05), that is, the two groups were balanced and comparable. The level of self-esteem, fear of negative evaluation, positive coping style and negative coping style were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group (t = 11.536 / p 0.05), positive coping style (t = 4.747 / p 0.05) and negative coping style (t = 6.783 / p 0.05). Conclusion: the intervention of cognitive behavior groups can improve the self-esteem, fear of negation and coping style of adolescents who are out of school due to psychological disorders. The combination of drug therapy and psychological intervention contributes to the rehabilitation of this group and the recovery of social function.
