累积的教育质量不平等:基于重点学校入学资格的视角

【摘要】:户口和家庭居住地交互作用的城乡教育质量区域不平等在小学升初中阶段显著存在,在高中升大学阶段更加显著,在初中升高中阶段则并不显著;城乡优质教育资源的累积效应在各个学历阶段都显著存在,其中,代内层级迭代效应始终稳健并突出,代际传递效应的表现形式则随学历阶段的变化而不尽相同,但高学历母亲的代际传递效应始终显著;性别不平等主导的家庭教育资源稀释效应在农村学生的各个学历阶段均显著存在,农村男性学生升入重点学校的概率始终高出女性学生。论文从促进义务教育均衡发展、深化高校招生制度改革、完善贫困家庭教育补偿机制和消除农村性别歧视四个方面提出了促进城乡教育公平的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The regional inequality of urban and rural education quality in the interaction of hukou and family residence exists significantly in the stage of primary school to junior middle school, especially in the stage of senior middle school to university, but not in junior middle school to senior high school. The cumulative effect of quality educational resources in urban and rural areas is significant in every stage of education, among which, the iterative effect of intergenerational level is always stable and prominent, and the form of intergenerational transmission effect varies with the change of educational level. However, the effect of intergenerational transmission of mothers with higher education was always significant, and the dilution effect of family education resources dominated by gender inequality existed significantly in all education stages of rural students. Rural male students are always more likely to enter key schools than female students. The paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the equity of urban and rural education from four aspects: promoting the balanced development of compulsory education, deepening the reform of enrollment system in colleges and universities, perfecting the education compensation mechanism of poor families and eliminating the gender discrimination in rural areas.
