中美现行教师资格考试内容比较研究

【摘要】:中美目前实行教师资格考试制度。教师资格考试内容是教师资格考试的重要组成部分,是教师资格考试能否有效实施的决定性因素。截止目前,国内外都有对于教师资格考试内容的研究,但是还不够系统及深入,因此对两国的教师资格考试内容进行比较研究具有十分重要的理论意义和实践意义。本研究采取的主要研究方法是文献法、贝雷迪的比较四步法,同时又辅之以文本分析法、历史研究法。本研究一方面对中美两国教师资格考试内容的发展历史进行梳理,总结两国在教师资格考试内容发展中的规律,另一方面对中美两国现行教师资格考试内容进行多维度比较分析,以期从对两国的教师资格考试内容比较中获取经验和启示。同时也对两国中教师资格考试内容所存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了前瞻性建议。本研究共分五部分:第一部分为绪论部分,主要包括问题的提出、研究的目的意义、文献综述、理论基础和核心概念界定;第二部分深入分析两国教师资格考试内容发展历程和原因;第三部分对两国现行教师资格考试内容做了具体阐述,以我国的全国统考考试内容和美国的PraxisⅡ为例,并且得出了两国教师资格考试内容的特点;第四部分对两国在教师资格考试内容的制定标准、制定程序、测试目标、呈现媒介、考试科目、题型、题量、评分标准八个维度中进行比较分析;第五部分对两国教师资格考试内容进行比较后进行反思,得出了我国在教师资格考试内容的制定中存在缺乏专业团体的参与,考试内容比较统一、考试科目和题量较少、评分标准太笼统,缺乏课堂教学能力的考察等问题;而美国的教师资格考试内容存在缺乏政府参与、题量过多、应用范围不够广泛等问题。我国需根据存在的问题并结合美国教师资格考试内容的优缺点做以下调整:引入专业团体、增加具有文化传统的题目、适当增加题量与考试科目等并且进一步扩大实施范围。
[Abstract]:China and the United States currently implement the teacher qualification examination system. The content of teacher qualification examination is an important part of teacher qualification examination and the decisive factor of whether teacher qualification examination can be implemented effectively. Up to now, there has been research on the content of teacher qualification examination at home and abroad, but it is not systematic and deep enough. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to compare the contents of teacher qualification examination between the two countries. The main research methods adopted in this study are literature method, Beretti's comparative four-step method, text analysis and historical research. On the one hand, this study combs the history of the development of teacher qualification examination in China and the United States, and summarizes the rules of the development of teacher qualification examination in the two countries. On the other hand, this paper makes a multi-dimensional comparative analysis of the contents of the current teacher qualification examination between China and the United States in order to obtain experience and inspiration from the comparison of the contents of the teacher qualification examination between the two countries. At the same time, the problems of teacher qualification examination in the two countries are analyzed, and some forward-looking suggestions are put forward. This research is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction part, mainly includes the question raising, the purpose significance of the research, the literature review, the theoretical basis and the core concept definition; The second part deeply analyzes the development course and reason of the two countries' teacher qualification examination content, the third part makes a concrete exposition of the two countries' current teacher qualification examination content, taking the national unified examination content of our country and the Praxis 鈪,
