基于弗洛伊德心理健康观的大学生心理自我调节策略研究

【摘要】:通过SPSS统计软件对某高校大学生心理健康测试结果进行分析,分析结果表明:相比之社会其他人群,大学生并非心理问题的高危人群。并根据弗洛伊德的"健康人格模型",提出将心理学知识应用于辅导员的职业操作,从学会正视并接纳自己、学会爱和学会自主性学习三个方面引导大学生学会自我察觉、自我教育和自我调节。
[Abstract]:The results of mental health test of college students were analyzed by SPSS software. The results showed that college students were not high risk groups of psychological problems compared with other social groups. According to Freud's "healthy Personality Model", it is proposed to apply psychological knowledge to the professional operation of counselors, and to guide college students to learn self-awareness from three aspects: learning to face and accept themselves, learning to love and learn to learn autonomously.
