班主任工作特征的维度建构及量表开发

【摘要】:以工作要求-资源模型为理论基础,综合使用演绎法和归纳法,从工作要求和工作资源两方面来编制班主任工作特征量表。探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析的结果表明,班主任工作要求包括工作超负荷、成绩压力、角色冲突、加班要求和学生安全压力五个维度,班主任工作资源包括学校支持、年级领导支持、同事帮助、家长理解、物质和社会回报五个维度。量表具有良好的信效度,可以作为测量我国班主任工作特征的有效工具。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical basis of the work demand resource model and the comprehensive use of deductive and inductive methods, the work feature scale of the class teacher is compiled from two aspects of work requirements and work resources. The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis show that the work requirements of the class teacher include work overload, performance pressure, role conflict, overtime requirements and the requirement for overtime work. The students' safety pressure is five dimensions, and the work resources of the class teacher include school support, grade leadership support, colleague help, parent understanding, material and social return. The scale has good reliability and validity, which can be used as an effective tool to measure the work characteristics of class teachers in our country.
