学生学习目标的影响因素及达成策略

【摘要】:在心理学和教育学对学习的研究中,所有学生都把学习作为上学的首要目标一直以来是不容置疑的假设。校长和教师也认为,学生以学习为首要目标是学校创立时的根本要义。通过实证研究方法对这一假设进行验证,研究发现,并非所有学生都把学习作为上学的首要目标,学生的学习目标和价值观会随着其所生活和接触到的家庭、教师、学校和当地文化的不同有很大差异,且在不同类型学校之间有明显差异;学生是否把学习作为首要目标受文化差异影响;鼓励学生既解释正确答案为什么正确,又解释错误答案为什么错误比仅仅鼓励学生解释其一,更有助于数学等学科的学习。认识学习目标的多元化并能够有效应对,能够把学习提高到一个新的高度和境界。
[Abstract]:In the study of learning in psychology and pedagogy, it has always been an indisputable assumption that all students regard learning as the primary goal of school. Principals and teachers agree that students' primary goal is learning. This hypothesis is tested by empirical research. It is found that not all students regard learning as their primary goal in school, and that students' learning goals and values will follow the families and teachers they live in and come into contact with. There are significant differences between schools and local cultures, and there are significant differences between different types of schools; whether students have a primary goal of learning is influenced by cultural differences; and students are encouraged to explain why the correct answer is correct. Explain why wrong answers are more helpful to mathematics and other subjects than just encouraging students to explain one. Understanding the diversity of learning goals and being able to deal with them effectively can raise learning to a new level.
