翻转课堂在伦巴舞基本步动作形态教学的应用研究

【摘要】:如今拉丁舞发展日渐广泛和流行,伦巴舞作为初学者学习的首选舞种之一也越来越被人们所喜爱,而基本步是伦巴舞重要的教学内容,但学习者在初学期间往往会出现诸多动作形态方面的问题,例如:低头、脊椎不够挺拔、步伐不清晰等等都会影响伦巴舞基本步动作的美观。针对这些问题笔者查阅大量的资料发现以现代信息技术为基础的翻转课堂教学方式已被广泛应用到各个领域,但应用到拉丁舞教学中相对较少,因此笔者试着将翻转课堂融入到伦巴舞基本步教学中,探究其对伦巴舞动作形态教学的影响。本文通过采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实验法和数理统计法分析和探讨翻转课堂在伦巴舞基本步动作形态教学应用的教学效果、教学特点、教学原则和注意事项,并得出以下结论;1.实验班学生通过课前伦巴舞基本步视频学习与交流、观看自己动作视频并通过自述和教师评价优缺点提高对动作形态的认识与理解,课中有计划有针对性的加强身体练习和指导,课后的反思与总结的整个翻转课堂教学过程有效的提高了伦巴舞基本步动作形态教学。2.通过实验班和对照班学生的基本步动作形态专家评分的独立样本T检验得出,实验班的学生成绩平均值为75.3与对照班成绩平均值69.7(P=0.001小于0.05)有显著性差异,表明翻转课堂教学对提高学生的伦巴舞基本步动作形态水平有帮助。3.翻转课堂在伦巴舞基本步动作形态教学中的教学特点有:教的目标融于学的目标;学习自主化和协作化;动态、个性、多维、即时、直观的学情分析;以评促教、以评促学;课堂互动探究、针对性教学。4.翻转课堂在伦巴舞基本步动作形态教学的教学任务应遵循整体性与启发性原则;确定伦巴舞基本步教学内容上遵循有序原则;运用教学方法上应该遵循师生协同原则、个性化教学原则以及直观性教学原则;最后遵循反馈调节和资源最优化的教学效果原则。5.翻转课堂在伦巴舞基本步动作形态教学中应该注意:注重培养学生的自主学习能力、做好教学资源开发与上传、营造良好的在线教学环境、课前把握学生动作形态普遍性问题,课中针对性突破、注重评价的方式方法,多以鼓励为主、加强课后技术动作巩固与总结。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, Latin dance is becoming more and more popular, and as one of the first choice dance for beginners, rumba dance is more and more popular, and the basic step is an important teaching content of rumba dance. However, learners often have a lot of problems in the beginning period, such as bow, spine is not straight enough, the pace is not clear and so on, which will affect the beauty of the basic steps of rumba dance. In view of these problems, the author consulted a lot of data and found that the flipping classroom teaching method based on modern information technology has been widely used in various fields, but it is relatively few in Latin dance teaching. Therefore, the author tries to integrate the flipping classroom into the basic step teaching of rumba dance, and probes into its influence on the teaching of rumba movements. This paper analyzes and discusses the teaching effect and teaching characteristics of the application of flipping classroom in the teaching of basic step movements of rumba dance by using the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics. Teaching principles and points for attention, and draw the following conclusions: 1. The experimental class students learn and communicate with the basic step video of rumba dance before class, watch their own motion video, and improve their understanding and understanding of the movement form through self-description and teachers' evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages. The whole overturn classroom teaching process of reflection and summary after class has effectively improved the teaching of basic step movements of rumba dance. 2. Based on the independent sample T test of the students' basic step morphology scores in the experimental class and the control class, it was found that the average score of the experimental class was 75.3 and the average score of the control class was 69.7 (P0.001 < 0.05), and there was a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class. The result shows that the flipping classroom teaching is helpful to improve the students' basic step form level of rumba dance. The teaching characteristics of flipping classroom in the teaching of the basic step movements of rumba dance are as follows: the goal of teaching is integrated with the goal of learning; the study is autonomous and cooperative; the dynamic, personality, multidimensional, immediate and intuitive analysis of the learning situation; the teaching is promoted by the evaluation of teaching, and the learning is promoted by the evaluation of the learning; Classroom interactive inquiry, targeted teaching. 4. The teaching task of flipping classroom should follow the principle of wholeness and enlightenment in the teaching of basic step movement form of rumba dance; confirm that the teaching content of basic step of rumba dance should follow the principle of order; use teaching method should follow the principle of cooperation between teachers and students; Individualized teaching principle and intuitive teaching principle; finally, follow the feedback regulation and resource optimization teaching effect principle. 5. In the teaching of basic steps of rumba dance, the flipping classroom should pay attention to: cultivating students' autonomous learning ability, developing and uploading teaching resources, creating a good online teaching environment, and grasping the universality of students' action form before class. The aim breakthrough in the class, pay attention to the method of evaluation, mostly to encourage, strengthen after-class technical action consolidation and summary.
