马来西亚的高等教育慕课学分转换

【摘要】:目前,国内外均在进行高等教育慕课学分转换的尝试,而马来西亚是世界上为数不多的、从国家层面制定慕课学分转换政策的几个国家之一。文章首先介绍了马来西亚的高等教育慕课学分转换情况。随后,文章通过详细论述,指出马来西亚的高等教育慕课学分转换具有原则清晰、国家主导、注重质量、全面实行等特点,并探讨了其存在的不足。最后,文章就马来西亚的高等教育慕课学分转换对我国发展高等教育、构建慕课学分转换体系所带来的启示进行了分析。文章弥补了我国对国外慕课学分转换相关研究的空缺,深化了对国外慕课学分转换政策的认识,可为我国高校慕课学分转换的改进和完善提供参考。
[Abstract]:At present, both at home and abroad are trying to convert higher education credits, and Malaysia is one of the few countries in the world that formulates the policy of credit conversion from the national level. This paper first introduces the credit conversion of higher education in Malaysia. Then, the paper points out that the credit conversion of higher education in Malaysia has the characteristics of clear principle, state-led, quality oriented and comprehensive implementation, and probes into the shortcomings of the credit conversion of higher education in Malaysia. Finally, the paper analyzes the enlightenment of the credit conversion of higher education in Malaysia to the development of higher education and the construction of credit conversion system of higher education in Malaysia. This paper makes up for the lack of research on credit conversion in foreign countries, deepens the understanding of foreign credit conversion policy, and provides a reference for the improvement and perfection of credit conversion in colleges and universities in China.
