少子化社会学生坚毅品质及其培养研究

【摘要】:计划生育政策的长期执行导致了我国当前少子化社会的形成。在此背景下,广大基础教育阶段学生的坚毅品质呈弱化状态,具体表现为自控力不足、坚持力欠缺和抗挫力弱小等。作为一项重要的"软品质",坚毅力弱化根源于少子化社会所带来的"过度保护"的家庭成长环境和"技能至上"的学校教育实践。在少子化社会,培养学生坚毅品质,需要营造"爱而有度"的家庭成长环境,也需要学校在日常教育实践中渗透坚毅教育理念,并培育学生成长型思维能力。
[Abstract]:The long-term implementation of the family planning policy has led to the formation of the current minority society in China. Under this background, the students' fortitude quality in the basic education stage is weakened, which is manifested in the following aspects: lack of self-control, lack of persistence and weak resistance to frustration and so on. As an important "soft quality", the weakening of perseverance is rooted in the "over-protected" family growth environment and the "skill-first" school education practice brought about by the minority children's society. In the society of minority children, it is necessary to build a family environment of "love and degree" to cultivate the students' perseverance quality, and also to infiltrate the concept of perseverance education in the daily education practice, and to cultivate the students' growing thinking ability.
