教师偏见的理性思考及干预对策

【摘要】：教师偏见现象由来已久。教师偏见主要表现为期望上的差别对待、指导时的因"才"施教、评价时的褒贬不均和反馈时的态度不一。基于正义原则,从理性角度可以将偏见分为积极和消极两个方面。消极的偏见损害了教师威信,破坏了教育公平,拉大了学生发展的差距。积极的偏见既促进了优秀学生的继续成长,也照顾到了弱势学生的利益,有助于教育走向公正。作为教师,应以尊重差异作为教学的基本原则,以最近发展区作为指导学生的理论依据,以退位思考作为教师教学的必然抉择,以关怀弱者作为教学的终极追求。
[Abstract]:Teachers' prejudice has a long history. Teachers' prejudice is mainly reflected in the differential treatment of expectation, the teaching due to the guidance, the uneven evaluation and the different attitude in feedback. Based on the principle of justice, prejudice can be divided into two aspects: positive and negative. Negative prejudice damages teachers' prestige, undermines educational fairness and widens the gap between students' development. Positive prejudice not only promotes the growth of excellent students, but also takes care of the interests of disadvantaged students. As a teacher, we should regard respect for differences as the basic principle of teaching, take the recent development area as the theoretical basis for guiding students, take abdication as the inevitable choice for teachers' teaching, and take caring for the weak as the ultimate pursuit of teaching.
