安徽省护理实习生心理健康状况及其影响因素分析

【摘要】：正临床实习是护理专业学生从学校进入社会的学习阶段,也是学习经历中不可缺少的时期~[1],当生活方式、学习环境以及社会关系等方面发生了较大的变化时学生易产生不适应的心理~[2]。加之近些年医患关系紧张,必然导致护理专业学生实习时易产生不同程度的心理压力。有报道显示,护理人员自身心理健康程度与其护理质量呈正相关~[3]。为了解护理专业学生在实习时的心理健康状况,以便提供针对性的心理健康疏导。笔者于2016年1月对安徽省护理实习
[Abstract]:Clinical practice is not only the learning stage of nursing students from school to society, but also the indispensable period of learning experience. When the learning environment and social relations have changed a lot, students are apt to produce unsuitable psychology. In addition, the tension between doctors and patients in recent years will inevitably lead to psychological pressure of different degrees when nursing students practice. It was reported that there was a positive correlation between nursing staff's mental health and nursing quality.
