应试教育中的教师:被当成“施暴者”的“受害者”

【摘要】:应试教育中的教师被规训为"为考试而教"的工具,"满堂灌输""题海战术"等现象让外界给教师贴上了"应试教育的‘施暴者’"的标签。"施暴"行为客观上来说为学生获取优质教育资源提供了更多机会,是教师在当下以考试成绩为标准取材的教育环境下的无奈选择,不应当大肆批判。同时,功利性的考试竞争也让教师成为"受害者",伴随着频繁发生的身心健康问题,教师的教学理想和职业幸福也难寻踪影。要摆脱"施暴者"与"受害者"的状态,教师需要意识到自身的力量,累积教学经验与智慧,践身教育理想,积极寻求改变。
[Abstract]:Teachers in examination-oriented education are disciplined as a tool of "teaching for exams", "inculcating" inscription tactics "and other phenomena in the classroom make teachers label" the abuser of examination-oriented education "." The behavior of "violence" objectively provides more opportunities for students to obtain high-quality educational resources. It is a helpless choice for teachers in the current educational environment in which test results are taken as the standard materials, and should not be severely criticized. At the same time, the competition of utilitarian examination makes teachers become "victims". With the frequent physical and mental health problems, teachers' teaching ideal and career happiness are hard to find. To get rid of the state of "aggressor" and "victim", teachers should realize their own strength, accumulate teaching experience and wisdom, practice their educational ideal and actively seek change.
