教师内生力的解析与提升策略

【摘要】:"唯经验"型教师无法渗透到教师教育生命中,所以教师内生力应运而生。它是一种关于教师的自我发展力,由学习力、思辨力和道德力等三个部分构成。其中,学习力是教师内生力的知识基础,思辨力是教师内生力的智慧支撑,道德力是教师的行动导向。应通过提升教师自主学习的意识、重视生命的体验和感悟、培养敬业之心、营造自我发展的学校氛围,来提升教师内生力。
[Abstract]:Experience-oriented teachers can not penetrate into the life of teachers' education, so teachers' inner strength arises at the historic moment. It is a kind of self-development ability of teachers, which consists of three parts: learning ability, speculative ability and moral ability. Among them, learning ability is the knowledge base of teacher's inner strength, speculative ability is the wisdom support of teacher's inner strength, moral ability is teacher's action direction. Teachers' inner strength should be enhanced by raising their consciousness of independent learning, attaching importance to the experience and perception of life, cultivating their devotion to work, and creating a school atmosphere of self-development.
