网络学习空间交互性、沉浸感对学生持续使用意愿的影响研究

【摘要】：网络学习空间持续使用意愿是影响网络学习质量的重要因素。在交互理论和沉浸感理论的基础上,该文提出网络学习空间持续使用意愿影响因素模型和研究假设,该模型重点关注教学交互性、沉浸感、满意感对学生持续使用意愿的影响。以参与网络课程的学生为研究对象,通过调查问卷收集数据,对影响因素模型和研究假设进行了实证。研究结果表明,网络学习空间中人与界面的交互性、人与人的交互性、人与内容的交互性对学生沉浸感具有积极正向的影响;网络学习空间中人与界面的交互性、人与内容的交互性对学生满意感具有积极正向的影响,而人与人的交互性对满意感的影响没有得到支持;网络学习沉浸感对满意感具有积极正向的影响;网络学习空间的持续使用意愿无性别、年级和网络学习经验的差异。
[Abstract]:The willingness to continue to use online learning space is an important factor affecting the quality of online learning. On the basis of interaction theory and immersion theory, this paper puts forward a model and research hypothesis of the influencing factors of the willingness to continue using online learning space. The model focuses on the effects of teaching interaction, immersion and satisfaction on students' willingness to use continuously. Taking the students participating in the online course as the research objects, this paper makes an empirical study of the influencing factors model and the research hypothesis by collecting the data from the questionnaire. The results show that the interaction between people and interfaces, the interaction between people and people, and the interaction between people and content have positive and positive effects on the students' immersion feeling in the network learning space. The interaction between people and interfaces and the interaction between people and content have a positive effect on students' satisfaction, but the interaction between people and people has not been supported. Online learning immersion has a positive and positive effect on satisfaction, and there is no gender difference between grade and learning experience in continuous use of online learning space.
