韩国“自由学期制”改革及其借鉴意义

【摘要】:2013年韩国政府出台了"自由学期制"改革政策。自由学期制是在初中某一学期以讨论、实习和体验等活动替代期中、期末考试的教育制度。此项改革重视引导学生的未来发展,致力于培养高级思维、问题解决和创造能力。经过三年实践,"自由学期制"已形成鲜明特色,包括课程编排的自由性、教授方法的丰富性、评价方式的多样性、学校内外联系的紧密性等。我国学校教育也应借鉴自由学期制改革经验,努力赋予学生更多的自由安排时间的权力,重视教会学生自主学习和主动发展,积极倡导学生多维评价和多向反馈,竭诚培养学生综合实践和创新能力。
[Abstract]:In 2013, the South Korean government introduced the "Free term system" reform policy. The free term system is an educational system in which discussions, internships and experiences are used to replace midterm and final exams in a semester in junior high school. The reform focuses on guiding students' future development and developing advanced thinking, problem solving and creativity. After three years of practice, the "Free term system" has formed distinct features, including the freedom of curriculum arrangement, the richness of teaching methods, the diversity of evaluation methods, and the closeness of internal and external ties between schools and schools. School education in our country should also learn from the experience of the reform of the free term system, make great efforts to give students more freedom to arrange their time, attach importance to teaching students to learn independently and develop actively, and actively advocate multi-dimensional evaluation and multi-direction feedback of students. To cultivate students' comprehensive practice and innovation ability.
