中国边境义务教育安全的区域类型——以云南省26个边境县为例

【摘要】:本研究以中国边境云南段26个边境县为研究区,运用焦点小组、德尔菲法和熵值法构建了边境义务教育安全评价指标体系。基于模糊数学的模糊识别原理,使用边境义务教育安全水平的平均值作为模糊识别的特征值,将边境义务教育安全的区域类型划分为八类。从2007~2012年云南省26个边境县教育安全的区域类型看,高水平教育安全型的Ⅰ类地区和低水平教育安全型的Ⅷ类地区整体呈增长趋势且县份数量累积最高,其余6种教育安全区域类型县份数量有增有减且数量累积相对较低,表明县域之间教育安全区域等级存在一定差异且两极分化加大。
[Abstract]:In this study, 26 border counties in Yunnan section of the border of China were used as study areas, and the evaluation index system of border compulsory education security was constructed by using focus group, Delphi method and entropy method. Based on the fuzzy recognition principle of fuzzy mathematics, using the average value of border compulsory education security level as the characteristic value of fuzzy recognition, the regional types of border compulsory education security are divided into eight categories.
