脑波音乐对大学生情绪状态的影响研究

【摘要】:脑波音乐是一种新型的,具有特殊性质音乐形式。它是将脑波信号特征参数按照一定的规则转换为音乐中的基本要素而制作成的具有个性化的、带有生物性的乐曲。本研究基于前人的研究成果,将脑波音乐与音乐治疗相结合,探讨脑波音乐对大学生情绪状态的影响。大学生群体是广受关注的群体,他们的情绪状态直接决定着他们的心理健康状况。本研究探究脑波音乐对大学生情绪状态的影响,着眼于发现新的心理健康辅导方式,促进音乐治疗在大学生心理健康教育工作的应用。本研究主要采用实验研究的方法,共招募被试178名,其中,男生96人,女生82人。采用单因素四水平被试间实验设计,将不同的音频刺激类型作为自变量,探究不同音频刺激对大学生情绪状态的作用效果。其中,脑波音乐组是实验组,该组使用脑波音乐作为音频刺激;对照组为语音组,其中包括了有意义语音材料(青年文摘材料)以及无意义语音材料(法语新闻材料);空白组即为了控制其他无关变量而设置。为了控制音频刺激的其他额外物理特性对实验结果的影响,正式实验前对语音组材料进行了“同质性”筛选,筛选采用单因素三水平组被试内设计,目的在于保证语音组材料与脑波音乐组材料带给被试是相同的体验和感觉,保证其“同质性”,排除由于引发情感不同而造成的实验差异。实验采用Auto-Relax Wi-Fi智能反馈团体无线减压系统记录被试在实验过程中的生理值变化情况,探究不同声音材料对被试放松程度的影响。实验通过心率、呼吸以及综合放松曲线对脑波音乐对情绪状态影响的生理机制进行探究,发现脑波音乐能够让被试在短时间内进入到放松状态,并能较好的维持放松状态。实验中还采用SCL-90症状自测量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)作为测评工具进行前测后测,以探究不同声音材料对被试的心理健康状态的影响。研究发现,脑波音乐对大学生的心理健康状态有着显著的影响,主要表现在抑郁、焦虑、敌对性等症状因子上。同时还发现脑波音乐对强迫、人际关系、偏执、精神病性这4个因子也存在显著影响。另外,脑波音乐对大学生情绪的影响没有表现出显著的性别差异,但在音乐修养维度上存在显著差异,不过,两者不存在交互作用。本研究证明了脑波音乐对大学生情绪状态的积极作用,初步探索出了一条大学生心理健康教育的新途径,同时拓宽了脑波音乐的应用范围。
[Abstract]:Brain wave music is a new type of music with special nature. It is a kind of individualized and biological music which transforms the characteristic parameters of brain wave signal into the basic elements of music according to certain rules. Based on the previous research results, this study combines brain wave music with music therapy to explore the influence of brain wave music on college students' emotional state. College students are paid more attention to, their emotional state directly determines their mental health status. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of brain wave music on college students' emotional state, with a view to finding a new way of mental health counseling and promoting the application of music therapy in college students' mental health education. In this study, 178 subjects were recruited, including 96 males and 82 females. The effects of different audio stimuli on the emotional state of college students were investigated by single factor four-level inter-test design with different types of audio stimuli as independent variables. Among them, the brain wave music group is the experimental group, this group uses the brain wave music as the audio stimulation, the control group is the speech group, which includes the meaningful speech material (youth abstract material) and the meaningless speech material (the French news material); The blank group is set to control other independent variables. In order to control the effect of other additional physical properties of audio stimulation on the results of the experiment, a "homogeneous" screening was carried out before the formal experiment, and the single factor and three-level group participants were used for the screening. The aim is to ensure that the phonological material and the brain wave music group material bring the same experience and feeling to the subjects, to ensure their "homogeneity", and to exclude the experimental differences caused by the difference of emotion caused by the speech group material and the brain wave music group material. Auto-Relax Wi-Fi intelligent feedback group wireless decompression system was used to record the changes of physiological values during the experiment, and to explore the influence of different sound materials on the relaxation degree of the subjects. The physiological mechanism of the effect of brain wave music on emotional state was investigated by heart rate, respiration and comprehensive relaxation curve. It was found that brain wave music could make the subjects enter the relaxation state in a short time and maintain the relaxation state better. The SCL-90 symptom self-rating scale (Symptom Checklist-90, SCL-90) was used as a pre-test and post-test tool to explore the influence of different sound materials on the mental health status of the subjects. It is found that brain wave music has a significant effect on the mental health of college students, mainly manifested in depression, anxiety, hostility and other symptom factors. It was also found that brain wave music had significant effects on obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal relationship, paranoid ideation and psychoticism. In addition, there was no significant gender difference in the influence of brain wave music on college students' emotion, but there was significant difference in the music cultivation dimension, but there was no interaction between the two. This study proves the positive effect of brain wave music on college students' emotional state, explores a new way of mental health education for college students, and widens the application range of brain wave music at the same time.
