积极同伴报告策略在学校心理学中的应用

【摘要】:积极同伴报告是行为培养与矫正领域中同伴干预模式的一种。其核心内容为教育者在日常教育情境中融入鼓励学生相互发现并"报告"同伴良好行为的环节,以期实现减少学生不良行为、提升学生良好行为的教育目标。基于对该种干预方法的理论基础、一般实施步骤、实证研究成果等的梳理,建议在我国中小学教育实践中引入积极同伴报告策略。
[Abstract]:Positive peer report is a kind of peer intervention model in the field of behavior training and correction. Its core content is to encourage students to find each other and "report" peer good behavior in the daily educational situation, so as to achieve the educational goal of reducing students' bad behavior and promoting students' good behavior. Based on the theoretical basis, general implementation steps and empirical research results of this intervention method, it is suggested to introduce the positive peer reporting strategy into the educational practice of primary and secondary schools in China.
