“欲我”“律我”“自我”师德探究

【摘要】:提升教师道德建设是本论文的研究主旨。之所以选择这一主旨,主要是考虑到:2011年根据真实事件改编的电影《熔炉》在韩国上映,影片讲述一所福利学校教师和校长对该所学校学生进行长时间性侵迫害的事件。电影上映后在韩国社会引起巨大反响,致使韩国重新颁布《性侵害防治修正案》又名《熔炉法》并对现实学校中所有涉案教师重新量刑。一部电影促使一部新法律的诞生,值得人深思。与此同时,近年来校园性侵害现象在中国也屡见不鲜,有关教师德建设的话题持续升温,老师这一头顶高尚光环的道德群体屡受人们诟病。国家的未来在于它的人民,在于人民对于这个国家的义务,在于人民的努力与坚持不懈,在于他们思考的能力,所取得的成就以及所取得的超越。而一个国家的未来依靠于不断的更新,依赖于过去的经验,现在的所学以及对未来挑战所做的准备,我们如何教授我们的孩子将决定一个国家的未来。作为学生知识的传授者,学生人格品德的影响者,教师的作用不可忽视。因此,针对师德滑坡现象,提升教师道德建设是相当必要的,这也是本论文的研究宗旨。同时,这一研究的提出也源于国内在教师道德建设研究方面的缺失,即虽然国内并不缺乏对教师道德建设的研究,但却缺乏理论基础,泛泛而谈宏观建议,具体实践措施较少。本文遵循的基本思路是:以东西方人性理论为基础,以韩国电影《熔炉》为出发点,试用理论探究电影,剖析教师“欲我”。对国内代表性教师访谈,以点带面获取中国教师道德建设的真实情况。在此基础上对中国与韩国教师道德建设情况进行对比分析,试剖析教师“律我”。文章最后分析教师“欲我”的警示,“律我”的建议,总结教师“自我”的意义。具体来说,本研究的主体可以分为五个部分,也即如下五章:第2章,东西方人性理论。任何研究都不是空穴来风,应建立在一定的理论基础上。中国教师道德建设正因为缺乏理论基础显得泛泛而论。为了弥补教师道德建设研究的理论不足,也为了使本文有坚实的理论基础,展开更有说服力的论证,把东西方人性理论列为首要的一章。第3章,以韩国电影《熔炉》为例,运用人性理论分析电影,剖析教师的“欲我”。因电影《熔炉》在韩国引起的效应,产生了《熔炉法》,也正是因为这部电影才有了本文的研究。利用人性理论对电影进行分析是为了揭示出教师“欲我”产生的根源,提出“欲我”这一概念,也为教师“律我”进行铺垫。第4章,第5章,这两章是对本研究的扩展,也是本研究进行“律我”研究的落脚点。主要是通过实证调查获取我国教师道德建设研究的现状,在此基础上对比中外教师道德建设情况,借鉴韩国教师道德建设成果,试对“律我”进行探究。第6章,经前文的研究和归纳,这一章作为本研究的归宿。着重论述教师“欲我”向“自我”的转变,提出建议和启示以及教师“自我”建设的意义。同时,本研究尝试提出师德滑坡的危害,包括对教学质量的影响,对学生身心健康影响,对教育发展的阻碍,抑制社会的进步等等。我们在保持警惕的同时,还要不断尝试提高教师道德建设水平。
[Abstract]:The promotion of teacher's moral construction is the main subject of this thesis. This thrust was chosen primarily in view of the fact that the film, which was adapted according to the real events in 2011, was released in the Republic of Korea, with a film telling a well-being school teacher and the principal for a long-term sexual assault on the school's students. After the release of the film, the South Korean society has caused great repercussions, which led to the re-enactment of the Amendment to the Prevention and Control of Sexual Violence in the Republic of Korea, also known as the melting furnace law, and the re-sentencing of all the teachers involved in the real school. The birth of a new law is a film that is worth thinking. At the same time, in recent years, the phenomenon of campus sexual abuse is also common in China, and the topic of the construction of teachers' morality is rising, and the moral group of the teacher's high-noble light ring is often affected by people's disease. The future of the State lies in its people, in that the people's obligation to the State lies in the efforts and persistence of the people, in the capacity of them to think, the achievements they have made, and the transcendence they have made. The future of a nation depends on the ongoing updating, on past experience, what we have learned, and the preparation for future challenges, and how we will teach our children the future of a nation. As the teaching of the student's knowledge, the influence of the student's personality and moral character, the role of the teacher should not be ignored. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the teacher's moral construction, and this is the purpose of this paper. At the same time, this research also comes from the lack of the study of the teacher's moral construction in the country, that is, while the domestic does not lack the study of the teacher's moral construction, but the lack of the theoretical foundation, the general discussion of the macro-proposal, the concrete practice measure is less. This paper is based on the theory of the East and the West, taking the Korean film as the starting point, using the theory to explore the film, and analyzing the teacher's "You want me". Interviews with representative teachers in China to obtain the real situation of Chinese teacher's moral construction. On this basis, the paper makes a comparative analysis of the construction of Chinese and Korean teachers, and tries to analyze the teachers' "law". Finally, the paper analyzes the warning and "law" of the teacher's "You want me" and summarizes the significance of the teacher's "self". In particular, the subject of this study can be divided into five parts, namely, the following five chapters: Chapter 2, the East-West human nature theory. Any study is not an empty cave, and should be established on a certain theoretical basis. The construction of Chinese teacher's moral is because of the lack of theoretical foundation. In order to make up the theoretical foundation of the study of the teacher's moral construction, in order to make this article have a solid theoretical foundation, the paper makes a more convincing argument, and puts the theory of the East and the West as the first chapter. Chapter 3, taking the Korea Film and the furnace as an example, uses the theory of human nature to analyze the film and to analyze the teachers' "You want me". The effect of the film "melting furnace" in South Korea is the result of the "furnace method", which is the study of this article. The analysis of the film using the theory of human nature is to reveal the root cause of the teacher's "You want me", put forward the concept of the "You want me", and also lay the way for the teacher's "law". Chapter 4, Chapter 5, which is the extension of this study, is also the landing point of the "law" study in this study. In this paper, the present situation of Chinese teacher's moral construction is obtained through empirical investigation. On the basis of this, the author compares the situation of Chinese and foreign teachers' moral construction with the results of Korean teachers' moral construction, and tries to explore the "law". Chapter 6, the study and induction of the previous text, this chapter is the end of this study. This paper mainly discusses the changes of the teachers' "You want me" to the "self", the suggestions and the enlightenment, and the significance of the teacher's "self" construction. At the same time, the study tries to put forward the harm of the teacher's landslide, including the influence on the teaching quality, the influence on the physical and mental health of the students, the obstacles to the development of education, the social progress and so on. While being vigilant, we are still trying to improve the level of teacher's moral construction.
